1. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, and other methods that store information on or access information from a device.

These technologies can support essential website functions, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent abuse, or support advertising. Whether consent is required depends on the technology, purpose, location, and applicable law.

2. Current bhind.ai use

As of the effective date, the BHIND-authored application code for bhind.ai does not set first-party cookies and does not write a BHIND record to local storage. No third-party analytics pixel, advertising tag, remarketing tool, or cross-site behavioral tracker is loaded by the website application.

The site may be delivered through infrastructure that processes technical requests and security logs without setting a BHIND application cookie. This description covers the BHIND-authored website application; infrastructure providers process information under their applicable configurations, agreements, and notices.

3. External services and links

bhind.ai includes ordinary links to external services, including a scheduling page. When you select an external link, your browser leaves bhind.ai and connects directly to that provider. The provider may set cookies or use other technologies under its own privacy and cookie notices.

An ordinary link does not cause BHIND's website application to load the external provider's tracking code before you select it. Review the destination's notices and controls before providing information.

4. Browser and device controls

Most browsers allow you to inspect, delete, or block cookies and site data, limit third-party cookies, and use a private-browsing mode. Blocking all cookies can affect websites that depend on authentication, security, or saved preferences, although the current public bhind.ai application does not rely on a cookie for ordinary browsing.

Browser instructions vary by product and version. Use your browser's privacy or site-data settings for the most current controls.

5. If website technology changes

Before deploying a non-essential cookie or similar technology, BHIND will update this Policy with the provider, identifier or domain, purpose, category, first- or third-party status, and duration. BHIND will also implement prior consent, opt-out, or other controls where required.

A material change to the technologies or purposes described here will result in an updated effective date and additional notice where required.

6. Do Not Track and opt-out preference signals

The current site does not sell personal information, use cross-context behavioral advertising, or deploy cross-site tracking through its application code. Because those activities are not currently present, the application does not take a separate action in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

If BHIND later introduces a use that is subject to an opt-out preference signal, we will update the site and honor the signal as required for that activity.

7. Changes to this Cookie Policy

BHIND may update this Policy when website technology, providers, purposes, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
